ILCC vs. BVU Scrimmage Wed.
ILCC will be scrimmaging BVU this Wednesday at BVU. The Lady Lakers will kick off at 11AM and the Men will kick off at 1PM. Come out and show your support to the Lakers last preseason scrimmage!

Morning Fitness
This morning the Men's and Women's Soccer teams went for a run through downtown Spencer. The returning players lead the run and gave the new players a tour of the town while getting in a nice workout. So far everyone is putting in the necessary work to help prepare for the season and the coaching staff couldn't be happier.
